Iles Media provides content creation and consultancy services, including:

  • Brand strategy and content consultation

All services are tailored to the dental and aesthetic industries and delivered in accordance with current clinical standards and branding best practices.

2. Booking and Availability

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only once a written agreement or deposit is received.
To ensure the best outcome, clients are encouraged to provide clear goals, preferred shoot dates, and any relevant brand guidelines at the time of enquiry.

3. Fees and Payment
  • Fees are outlined prior to booking and may vary based on the scope of work.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm a booking.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer or another approved method.

Late payments may be subject to additional charges or delays in delivery.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will not incur a fee.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of a confirmed booking may result in a cancellation charge.

  • Rescheduling is possible subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

In the event of illness, emergency, or force majeure, Iles Media reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session with no liability beyond refunding any deposit paid.

5. Delivery and Revisions
  • Content is delivered digitally within the agreed timeline.

  • One round of reasonable revisions is included unless otherwise specified.

  • Additional revisions or re-edits may incur further charges.

Turnaround times will be discussed at the time of booking and may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

6. Usage Rights and Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • Iles Media retains ownership of all raw footage and unedited materials.

  • Completed content may be used by Iles Media for portfolio, promotional, or educational purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring patient/staff consent is obtained before filming or photography where applicable.

  • Providing access to the agreed location at the scheduled time.

  • Informing Iles Media of any access restrictions, parking limitations, or specific on-site policies.

8. Liability

Iles Media holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., equipment failure, poor weather, last-minute clinic cancellations).

9. Data Handling

Client data, images, and communications are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share client information with third parties unless legally required.
